What is ETOS?

The Education, Training and Organisational Services (ETOS) are a wholly owned non profit making membership services company of the TEEU.

Formed in 2005 the ETOS offices are located in the TEEU head office Dublin.

The Directors of ETOS are Frank Keoghan, Eamon Devoy and Arthur Hall.

ETOS is a FAS registered company.

How can I get involved in ETOS training?

In many cases ETOS will deal directly with the union and employers. Our involvement is usually approved with the local regional office of the union and company. Depending on the type of training we may have to carryout a Technology and Skills audit. A Technology and Skills audit will help us to ensure that we provide course at the right level and that they address the skills needs of the workers. Information regarding Shop Stewards or other education and training for union representatives can be obtained from

About the TEEU

The Technical Engineering and Electrical Union (TEEU) is the largest trade union representing technical workers in the Republic of Ireland.

The TEEU have been involved in the provision of education and training of workers since 1993. The union's head office is in Dublin and has 6 regional centres around the country in Cork, Galway, Limerick and Waterford.
